Cleaning Bees: Terms and conditions
Cancellations/reschedules – 50% fee for cancellations/reschedules when given less than one business days’ notice.
If power/water is not available at the property we will cancel the job and charge a 50% fee for cancellation.
Arrival time - Cleaning services between 9 am – 6 pm on a regular day(Monday to Saturday).
Given that each home we clean varies in the time it takes to clean we cannot guarantee the exact arrival/departure time.
Access to your home – We will discuss arrangements for access before your first service.
Pricing – Free quotation (each household varies according to what is required).
After hours/Public holidays, charged at 1.5 times the regular price.
Service area – North Shore/Auckland CBD
Payment – Online options are internet banking. Payment must be cleared in our account a day before the visit or paid by cash to Cleaning Bees before the job has started.
Invoices paid upon receipt.
Parking – It is the customer’s responsibility. Where parking is not available, the costs incurred for parking by Cleaning Bees employees will be paid by the customer.
Customer preparation for cleaning – We do not ask that you clean before we arrive, however if you can pick up as much as possible from the floor area that you require to be cleaned, that is appreciated.
On arrival – We request the house to be unoccupied, which allows our team to come in and clean unimpeded.
Pets – please secure them if possible – We do not clean up after sick pets or accidents.
Breakages – Please remove unsecured or unstable items that may be breakable. We do not clean fragile items that can be easily broken.
Quality Assurance – Our cleaners work in teams with a team leader.
Each team is assigned to specific clients, which allows our staff to get to know the client and their needs.
